JNJ “Career Visualization” microsite

Pitched as a recruitment promotion for a Fortune 50 Healthcare company, visualize.me would build a dynamic infographic based on a user’s Linked In profile. The concept was to provide job seekers of all types with valuable career insights, not simply to offer a communications platform for the client. The usefulness of the product would draw in users of all types, and based on the information they shared – the school they attended or the degree they earned, for example – the client could identify prospects that matched their recruiting needs and invite them to apply for a career within the company.

While the client didn’t buy it, I knew it was a great idea when another product with similar functionality, at the proposed URL, spontaneously appeared about 8 months later.
