IVANS Inc., is a $100mm network technology company serving clients in the healthcare, property/casualty and retail segments. This secure portal was created to facilitate online bill pay, manage service requests and consolidate customer support services into a single resource.

As the Creative Director and Lead Designer, I worked with IVANS Marketing and IT groups to develop a technical requirements document, then created all site maps, user flows and annotations, as well as visual designs for key functions and pages.
